All sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your claim and work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund if approved.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days.

Some items, such as jewelry or certain accessories, may require extended shipping times of 2–4 weeks. These items will be clearly labeled at checkout as "Extended Shipping Time."

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
